De plus en plus de sociétés étrangères pour le sourcing des matières premières avec toujours les traditionnelles sociétés dont celles italiennes pour les agrumes : Cilione, Capua, Gatto.
De belles découvertes olfactives et surtout des produits venant de tous les continents répondant aux tendances du marché avec de plus en plus de chimie verte, de développement durable et de biotechnologies…
